The protagonist, Hinata Yuzusaka, is the vice president of the student council at a private academy.
Her recommendation interview for continuing on to university is coming up in 100 days.

She scrambles around in an effort to bring back the festival that got axed.

One day, there's an ominous occurrence at the meeting after which her world begins to spiral into chaos...
